Full Playlists for an Ember in the Ashes: Elias
Without music, I could never have written An Ember in the Ashes. And without playlists, I could never have accessed Laia or Elias’s psyches. For the next few days, I’ll share the entire EMBER playlist (more than 200 songs) over a series of character-based posts. I’ll start with Elias.
Elias Veturius is a soldier of the Empire who wants only to be free. But before he can escape the life he’s been trained into, he’s ordered to participate in the Trials, a series of tests designed to select the next Emperor.
Here, I’ve shared Elias’s main playlist, as well as his playlists with other characters, each of which reflects his mindset when thinking of that character.
I hope you guys enjoy! I’ll soon be posting up the playlist for Laia. You can also find these playlists on my tumblr.
